We believe God wants to use our lives. We welcome Christians, skeptics, and anyone else who is interested in living with purpose and knowing more about God.
We believe we live a world longing to be set right again with people asking “if this is all there is, then why do I still feel like something is missing?” The Bible is not just a book to us but a story of how God is going to set the world right again. In hit songs we often hear lyrics like “I didn’t know I was broken til I wanted to change” and “I will die for my own sins, thanks a lot, we will rise up ourselves thanks for nothing at all”. We believe without Jesus we cannot change and that if we have to die for our sins we cannot rise up ourselves. Because of Jesus we now have a relationship with God that gives us the wholeness we were looking for and we want others to know this good news.
We have large group meeting with in a live worship band and a speaker each week to come together as a community to have fun and be challenged. Our small groups are times to share life and be spurred on by hearing what God is doing through people in our community and to hear from God’s word to know Him more and better impact the world.
All are welcome!
Inviting others to join a community of broken and skeptical people who are being transformed by personally experiencing God; and to join a spiritual family who are living with purpose according to the unique and creative ways God has called them.
- Safe – We believe we can’t be what God has called us to be if we play games with each other. Whatever background, major, or place we are coming from we need to be able to share our faults and weaknesses and not fake it. That’s authenticity, just being real.
- Known – We believe each person is not only unique but worth knowing. We aren’t interested in getting to know the mask each of us wear but rather the person underneath. We want to love you for you and not for any other reason.
- Experience – We believe real change happens when we experience something that shakes our world and changes what we know to be true. Jesus used experiences and relevant language to deliver His message and we believe He still does the same thing for us today. We want to experience that God.
- Fun – Somehow we got this idea that following God is boring and repressive and that we have to dull our enjoyment. Well that’s just not our experience. Though fun doesn’t always mean smiling and laughing, we believe when you live with purpose and know why you get out of bed then life is fun together.
“My dwelling place shall be with them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.” – Ezekiel 37:27-28
